Copy anything.
See it all again.
Micropaste keeps everything you copy, previews it as a rich card, and hands it back in one click or drag. Your clipboard, but you can actually see it.
Free and open sourceYour clips never leave your PC
export function useClips() { const clips = ref<Clip[]>([]) const favorites = computed(() => clips.value.filter(c => c.favorite)) return { clips, favorites } }

Every copy becomes a card
Win+V forgets most of what you copy and shows the rest as a plain list. Micropaste keeps it all and shows each clip the way it deserves.
Links
The page's title, image and domain, so you know what a link is before you open it.
Colors
HEX, RGB, HSL or OKLCH become swatches.
Images & screenshots
Full previews, ready to paste or drag out.
SVG
Copied SVG markup shows the drawing, not the code.
Files
Thumbnails as the Explorer shows them, one file or a whole group.
Source app
Every clip remembers the app it came from, and when.
Collections & favorites
Sort clips into your own collections; they stay as long as you keep them.
Reuse in one gesture
Finding a clip is only half the job. Click it to copy it back, drag it into any app, or right-click for everything else. No retyping, no digging through folders.
Your clips,
filed your way
Group clips into your own collections, shown as tabs right next to your history.
Tap a tab to see what's inside
- 01
One clip, many places
A clip can live in as many collections as you like, without ever leaving your history.
- 02
Drop from any app
Drag files, text or images from Explorer or your browser straight into a collection.
- 03
Kept for good
History tidies itself after 30 days by default. Clips in a collection are never cleaned up.
- 04
In your order
Drag tabs to reorder your collections, and cards to reorder what's inside.
Feels at home
on Windows 11
Built for Windows 11 and nothing else, so it looks and behaves like the rest of your desktop.
Mica, light or dark
The window wears Windows 11's Mica material and follows your system theme.
One shortcut away
Alt+Shift+V opens it in the bottom right corner, from any app. Pick your own in the settings.
Lives in the tray
Closing it only hides it. It starts with Windows, quietly, so nothing you copy is missed.
Speaks Explorer
File thumbnails, type names and app icons come straight from Windows, and drags land in any app.
Stop losing
what you copy
Free, open source and local-first. Install it once, and every copy is kept from then on.

Clips you haven't used in 30 days are cleaned up, and you can choose anything from 1 day to forever. Favorites and clips in a collection are never removed.
The installer isn't signed yet, so SmartScreen doesn't recognize it. Click More info, then Run anyway.
